Can I Get A Reset?

Labor Day is the unofficial end of the summer! After months of indulging in ice cream, margaritas, and the occasional BBQ, September is a great time to hit the reset button and get back on track with our goals! All month long, we'll be sharing what "reset" means to us and we're starting with our favorite green smoothie and a workout to get started back on track!


Green Goddess Smoothie

This delicious green smoothie taste fresh with a sweet undertone and is  full of fiber, vitamin A and K, and is sure to perk you up, even in the earliest hours of the morning.  

Recipe

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1-2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Cooking Instructions

  • Blend and Enjoy!
