Can Ya Bounce Wit Me?
If you know CaCera at all, you know how obsessed she is with her Bounce class as ZenStudio Fitness. During my trip to Memphis for some Fit with Finesse business and shenanigans, I finally had a chance to try her class. Since honesty has always been a huge part of our friendship, I'm going to give my honest review of the class and the studio.
So…I had a blast!
When I walked into ZenStudio Fitness, more commonly known as Zen, a friendly face greeted me at the door, and I saw some adorable workout gear for purchase. The thing that stands out most about Zen is the feeling of community. As I watched everyone interact with each other, I could tell the clients, and the instructors have developed good relationships, and even friendships outside the gym space. The studio seems small at first, but it's a pretty large space for a local studio. There was a barre studio, where the bounce classes also take place, a cycling studio, bathrooms, and showers. Side note, I'm a sucker for a studio with showers because it allows me to integrate my gym time into my life almost seamlessly.
Honesty moment: I was super nervous about taking a bounce class. Over the years, I've put my body through a lot, including an old knee injury that likes to bother me from time to time. So it's safe to say the idea of jumping too much on anything made me a little shaky to start. But the moment I walked in and heard Ms. Lizzo playing, I was ready to give this class a try! I’m happy to say that my knees actually thanked me. Get into the rest of my review of the class below!

The Deets
ZenStudio Fitness is a a one-stop shop that offers cycling, barre, bounce, and yoga. They offer 11 courses that is some variation or cool mixture of the four types of workouts. Talk about variety! I took the StudioBounce class which alternates between choreographed cardio with strength training intervals both on & off a trampoline. You heard right, a trampoline! But don’t worry, it’s pretty hard to fall off, and if you get a little lost, just bounce.

Gear Needed:
This studio has everything you need to get through the classes. Weights, towels, water trampolines, you name it, they got it.
Studio Vibe:
Bright and Fun. There is now shortage of laughter and shimmying throughout this studio
Who to Bring?
You friend who is loves to have a good time and is pretty friendly. If she has RBF, she might be a little out of place here
Would You Double Tap That?
Yes! I enjoyed the Studiobounce class. I felt happy and challenged, which is all good in my book, and also intrigued by the other classes offered at Zen.
#FinessTip: If you aren’t ready to commit, Zen also host fun pop-classes, so be on the look out!
