We are mixing it up with today’s workout! Your’re getting a little bit of strength, a little bit of cardio, and whole lot of sweat!

Time: 35 Minutes

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells; You can substitute water bottles, jugs, or ball up your fists for just bodyweight.
