Mini Loop Bands are a great alternative to dumbbells, especially with traveling. Although most people love these bands to help build their lower body, we decided to give you an upper-body workout to show how versatile this little workout tool can really be!

Time: 45 Minutes

Equipment Needed: Mini Loop Bands! But if you only have long bands, go ahead and tie them together to make a loop and if you only have dumbbells, that’s okay to!
