The Plan

Every workout in this two-week training plan, can be done at home. We’ll be combining different types of workouts, from weight training to HIIT, to help boost your metabolism and get you moving. So, over the next 14 days, you’ll do eight Fit with Finesse-designed workouts and we’ve built in four rest days to ensure your body has time to recover.

What you'll need

We recommend the following equipment for the two-week workout challenge. If you don’t have these items, don’t worry all the workouts can be transformed into bodyweight only.

  • A set of dumbbells

  • Mini Loop Bands

  • A Yoga Mat
